Our Women’s only class is built on the foundation that proper coaching and a supportive environment allow women to push their limits, and develop their own optimal fitness. No intimidation… just inspiration from their fellow female athletes.

The women’s class welcomes all ages and skill levels. Similar to our general E.A classes, you will be challenged and motivated to reach your personal fitness goals. We will engage in multi-joint compound movements utilizing barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, along with calisthenics to improve skill related movement.

To allow the body to develop in a more efficient manner, we will instruct proper bio-mechanics and participate in a new workout every session! This will allow the body to work across different muscular regions, and across varied energy systems. By utilizing free weight alongside bodyweight and gymnastic movements as part of the women’s class, we will build lean muscle which will make you strong(not bulky). The classes are fun and enjoyable, and will begin to push your limits, to allow you to grow both physically and mentally.

Head Coach : Saiba Choy

My name is Saiba and I’m 34 years old. I’m passionate about health and fitness and finding that perfect balance of hard work and those small rewards along the way. I want to help other people enjoy their own health journeys.

– Education & Experience

-Experience in karate and kick boxing
– Competing amateur female boxer training under Joe Laferla from Lion’s Den Academy
– 2016 & 17 women’s elite 51kg novice state title winner
– Completed Massage Foundations
– Currently studying Massage using release techniques
– Currently studying Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Boxing Australia accredited master trainer.

– What makes your classes different from other trainers?

I like to help people reach their full potential and then a little bit more, not only in a physical sense but also as an individual with personal goals. Embrace the grind, you’ll find a mental and physical strength you didn’t know you had.

– What got you into training?

Growing up, I’ve always had a background in martial arts. After a 7 year break, I accidentally fell in love with boxing coming from using legs in karate and kickboxing and haven’t looked back since. Once I started strength and conditioning classes to balance boxing, I had a new found appreciation for weights. Training has become more of a lifestyle and given me discipline in other aspects of life
